B.W.I.T Luxurious Fostering Transitional Housing Programs cater to Non-minor dependents (NMD) or young adults, ages 18 to 21. We provide housing, support services, and life skill training to help young adults successfully transition to independent living. Our programs are designed to address the unique challenges faced by foster youth, including a lack of financial resources, social support networks, and life skills. Our programs can vary in terms of the structure and services offered, but typically provide young adults with a safe and stable place to live while they work on developing the skills they need to succeed on their own. This may include assistance with finding and maintaining employment, financial management, education and training, and accessing healthcare services.
DIVERSITY
BWIT Luxurious Fostering residents come from a wide realm of economic, ethnic, and cultural diversity. Because each NMD comes to BWIT with distinctive needs, each NMD receives an extensive intake evaluation which will ultimately lead to an individualized youth Assessment Plan. Assessment Plans are designed to meet their specific goals in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed manner. Throughout their stay at BWIT Luxurious Fostering - THP facilities, client services and supports are tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

COUNSELING SERVICES
BWIT Counseling Services is here to meet the growing demand for young adults mental health services. As part of the BWIT Luxurious Fostering services, an extensive regiment of community based care, BWIT provides services for NMD's that are reasonable, easily accessible, and culturally sensitive. Our diverse staff of mental health professionals offers a full range of therapeutic services.

Young adults transitioning from foster care are trying to learn the ways of the world. When they do something great at school, at home, or simply make a healthy decision, B.W.I.T Luxurious Fostering developed an Incentive and Motivational Program that will encourage good behavior and reward our residents with luxurious surprises. The reward does not have to be money, but it is a nice way to say, "thank you" or "I'm proud of you." NMD's need this positive reinforcement because it shows them that they are on the right track. It is also a good life lesson that you can pass on: good things happen to good people. What makes B.W.I.T Luxurious Fostering different is our extraordinary Incentive and Motivational Program that will help contribute to building self-confidence, self-awareness, poise, tenacity, and most importantly develop and strengthen mental health for our residents.
PREP-4-YOUTH Mentorship Program
BWIT Luxurious Fostering collaborates with PREP-4 YOUTH Mentorship Program who aims to equip young people (ages 18–21) with the essential skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today's world. The program focuses on financial literacy, career readiness, personal development, and leadership training—key areas that empower youth to make informed decisions and build successful futures.

BWIT MOVING WITH PURPOSE is a specialized moving service designed to support current and former foster youth transitioning into safe, stable, and luxurious housing provided by the BWIT Luxurious Fostering Transitional Housing Program.
We do more than move belongings—we move lives forward with dignity, care, and purpose.
